Beautiful house with pool in Santa Monica

Beautiful and convenient house in Santa Monica, just a great headquarters for your SoCal adventures, whether business or exploration. We love it here, and very much think that you would as well.

The house is a little over 1400sq and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living/dining room is huge and offers a fireplace and a baby grand piano. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We also have a lovely (but unsecured) pool and a yard with trees and a swing. There is one parking spot in the drive way.

You will have the whole house for yourself and will be able to use the pool, the yard, bbq etc exclusively. The only area that can't be accessed is the guesthouse on the same property which might be rented out during your stay. The small guesthouse area is separate from the main house with the exception of the walkway alongside the main house. There is no shared patio.

We are located in the beautiful Sunset Park area of Santa Monica. Many restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets in walking distance. It's a long walk or a short drive to the beach. Our street is quiet and safe.

There is plenty of parking if you have a car. You can also get by without a car. There are many things you can walk to. A bus stops close to our house and there are lot's of share bikes and electric scooters around, the neighborhood is perfect for that.
